1.Products

vtiger CRM provides a Products Management module to capture and use product information, including pricing, so that your sales team and other staff can apply this information in their sales, marketing, support and other customer related activities. the vtiger CRM Products Management module provides the following features.

• Import product details from other applications

2.Services

It is the act of offering paid assistance in a scheduled time frame to fulfill the requirement of the customer.Services module is very similar to Products module, except for Stock Information. Services are non-stock items and they do not support bundles (like Product bundles). Services have only non-stock attributes or fields.

3.Vendors

You can be able to create and manage vendor information that provides products to the company by using vtiger CRM.Vendors are stored separately and not part of the contacts or accounts lists.

4.PriceBooks

Price Books are required to be maintained in order to implement the function of differentiated price lists for different customer groups. You may vary your product cost to different groups based on various criteria suitable for your business.

5.Quotes

vtiger CRM provides functionality to anable sales teams to easily generate sales quotes for customers. The vtiger CRM Sales Quote module provides the following features.

• Track outstanding quotes from the quotes list view
• Add line items to the quotes and update subtotal, taxes, adjustments, and grand total amounts
• Select different prices for the same product as per customersegment
